A foodstuff is not a hazardous waste to ship by truck

You can eat glycerin and glycerol! Heck its what the gummy bears are made out of!

You dont need a hazardous waste shipping permit for that! Do you need to get a hazardous waste shipping permit to ship a coffee in your car? Or to ship a tank full of shampoo or olive oil or gummy bears?
