waste discharge? Why?

All you need to do is get the perihelion truck to ship it to a place that does have a discharge permit. In other words PRGL can do this effectively with smaller volumes.

Once permits are in place, then PRGL will be able to discharge onsite.

Hey did you know that glycerin has often been the discharge component of a bio fuel plant? It makes good soap and some guys have even figured out how to run generators with it.

So why make waste discharge when you can instead make profits?

Maybe PRGL doesnt need a waste discharge because they can instead make money off of it instead. After all isnt that what Bebee said he was doing, was making the plant better by taking his time rather then going bankrupt like other plays.
