Odd how Warka accounts and the ISX became all the rage at the same time as all the lop talk....
Warka and the ISX both have pro's and con's...like warka accounts not being insured(FDIC) and initially not being able to hold stocks in your name for the ISX.

I'm not a believer in a lop so I'll hold on to my cash......
