that's a good analysis Dickmo, I agree that any potential civil suit that targeted the personal assets of these directors would have to prove they had knowledge.
As far as Heaton receiving notice, that was from a conversation with one of the DHS IG staffmembers, who had originally contacted me for background info when I filed the first inquiry. He specifically said all the "officers" were served letters, but didn't say the name.
I interpreted that to mean Heaton, since his name was still active on the Nevada SOS site as an active officer, for many months after that. But who really knows...
Justice is painfully slow sometimes, but it's patient...whether Heaton will be linked to this or not, at least you guys will get the satisfaction that he might not be sleeping well at night.
I was fortunate, I got out, but so many others were not...
