How is a civil class action suit going to put him in jail? Civil cases for damages do not require the same burden of proof that a criminal trial requires. He might be found liable for damages to an extent, but he might be within the boundaries of accepted practices when it comes to any criminal action.

Don't get me wrong. I would like to see him fry too if he is just a scamming piece of dung. But I see a class action civil suit as a waste of time. If you want to see his short hairs plucked one at a time, then turn him in to every state and federal agency that will listen to you. You could even report him to immigration and tell them that he is cheating Americans through his fraudulent business practices. Just keep in mind that it will still not help the company because it will only distract him from the business at hand and it will cost him (the company) money to defend against the onslaught of prying eyes and probing noses.

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I am not in the stock right now so I really do not have a dog in the fight. I just think the ideas and the designs that Revenge (Peter) has in mind, especially for the GTM, have a huge potential if he is given time to make things happen. Things don't always happen on the schedule that we would like and things rarely happen on the schedule that the CEO puts out, but I do think RVGD has a potential to at least get back to the .003 to .005 range before the end of the year if he can get the GTM out.

There is no doubt in my mind that he seriously lied or misrepresented the 80 million dollar contract. Either it was a possibility at one time and then dried up or it never was a possibility and he is a scammer. The safe harbor statement makes it really tough to go after "creative" CEO's because they can always fall back on the notion that they really believed it could happen. It is really up to each individual to determine whether he lied or not. I think he did. But even though I think he lied, I still think a class action lawsuit is not the way to go.

Anyway, like I said, ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Good luck in whichever way you decide to proceed.

WATCH OUT PETER!!!! RSCOMPS IS COMIN' TO GET YA!!!!

I am a no frills kind of guy.
