Well PRGL has an ethanol plant built in Opp, AL...cheaper to buyout then build!

Now at 313K the price is cheap for a buyout, very little volume after the PRGL stock had a 350 to 1 share reverse split!

The size is more then big enough for BLDV's plans and cheap enough too.
