This is not a stand alone Walmart store inside SL, it is inside a mall and that alone would be exactly what you stated in your post.

With the approval form Walmarts Associate Program, one can sell Walmart products and use Walmart signage inside their own store in S.L., but you can not call your store a Walmart store!
