Can you point me to a PR that states any kind of sponsorship?

And that is the reason i say "so called sponsors" But if we must lets got back to one PR in particular, shall we? This would be the PR from May 28th, where i must say there is NO actual mention of a "actual sponsor" but the wording of it can actually lead one to believe that there are two of them. Without further adieu here it is.

Kistler continued, "I am also pleased to announce that I have just finalized the major marketing campaign for the Talent Contest with MySpace. With the main advertising contract including the lead in and exit advertising we will be getting over 200 million impressions in the effort to drive the auditions to our website. The website will be back up and functional in coordination for the advertising campaign. In response to all the feedback we received we decided to step up the work on it to make it a bit flashier. However, to reiterate, we are more concerned with the functionality of the site and the ability to handle the anticipated flow than the glitz."

"I would like to confirm that the Second Life islands have been locked down over the last week so that our major retailer had time to set up their operations. I feel everyone will be pleased, once the mall is opened to see who we have been dealing with," commented Kistler.

Ok now, lets look at this and use a little bit of common sense shall we? First statement in bold says something about the ads on Myspace, yes it does not say they are a sponsor, but if you were to take the time to go to the Vstarr island and look at the name of the green room there you would in fact see it was named the Myspace green room, and that could lead you as a shareholder to believe that they do have a affiliation with Myspace. Again not a claim of a sponsorship from them but misleading at the very least.

Now for the second statement in bold from the PR. Major retailer, Again if you took time to go to the Vstarr island as the PR encourages you to do, you can clearly see who in fact that major retailer is. WalMart would be the answer to that, not only is that the major retailer there but the whole damn sim is named WalMart/Vstarr. Now if that is not a misleading statement i really don't know what would be.

Now over and above these two misleading statements, while you were at the island checking things out you would have also seen many more misleading things there, ie. the banners for WB, IMA, CMA, and enough WalMart banners to shake a stick at. Lets just throw out everything that has ever been said to anyone over the months and lets just look at this one single PR here. As a investor, if you went to the island at this time of this PR and looked around I'm thinking on just what you had seen there the first thing you would do is BUY MORE SHARES!!!!! With all you just seen you would have to think that this is HUGE, and these people really have something here!! Well i for one know i did!!!! Bad move on my part, oh well. But since then all the banners are gone, WalMart is still on lockdown, still no PR on who a sponsor is, not a mention of the new A/S, and we have confirmation of they have not been forthcoming on the fact that the website is actually hosted buy a $16 a month plan and not on thier own servers. So much has been mislead, there is no possible way to really think that this is nothing more then a scam at this point. I hope that in due time all these misleading statements come to frutation, I will be ecstatic to get half my money back now, but for this thing to hit .0015 again it would need a act of God!
