NWOG Inc. is not a foreign company. It's US corporation with foreign assets. They can start reporting with SEC w/o audit (as they used to do before), but they need it for any real progress in USA. (IMO)
My current NWOG position is not big enough to cause any serious concerns. Have been trying to contact anybody in NWOG with my questions. May be next week... For now (confirmed): NWOG has terminated audit, fired auditors and blames them in all kind of sins. :)
