I am still wondering if they didnt increase the A/S to 5 billion as a scare tactic. Seems like the accumulation by shareholders may have been the tipping point in that decision. This is already an established business so what in the world would they need that many shares for? I could see doing it if this was a "developmental stage" company (as many pinksheets list themselves as) I dont know...just trying to stay positive and optimistic.
