Apparently we (stockholders) were/are the "third party beneficiaries" of the contract and have "standing." This means Fitzsimmons Systems, Inc. will owe the stockholders BIG TIME for consequential damages. I mean, he was talking major damages.
I'll post more on this as the Amelot v. Fitzsimmons progresses.
This could be a major victory to vindicate Amelot shareholders.
