rscomps, what financial commitment is required to be a confirmed participant in a possible class-action lawsuit?

Peter broke me to-date, no money, but on a contingency basis it may be worth pursuing at some point if this thing continues to get ugly. Only good news may be that the operation IS in the US, not assests in China or whatever! tia....dog
