Probably an ok agreement, but again. cisco is not involved in this, so why mention Cisco. I think its to get focus. So far CLYW has gathered agreements in Ecuador and Romania, not the most advanced countries. But they`ve managed to mention Cisco and Vodafone, two companies that is not involved in any of the agreements!
