Just booked into Multnomah County Jail, Portland, OR. What happens next will be up to the FBI and the INS. Poor Penny King... How sad it was that he instead of getting the help he desperately needed and was offered to him, he resorted to continuing on a crime binge, attacking his wife and breaking her finger, and abandoning and severely disappointing and betraying his two boys for life!
