i got many questions but dont know if IR would answer all of them, but you could ask i.e :

-why the release of the new website is delayed (reason) and when they will update it (maybe a concrete date)

-someone told about a week ago that the ceo was on the way to him and tell him what about their plans. so ask him if he met ceo and what he told him

-if this story is true, or better try to ask about their progresses and watch if he says same things according to this post of curious investor:

"I signed up on GCOG's website for updates on their progress as I am a shareholder. I actually received a call from their IR person. He indicated to me 1-2 miles from their site they are getting 600 barrels per day. He said also 1-2 miles the other direction they are also very successful. Just to clarify, one direction it is 1 mile, the other is 2. I just can't remember which. They are feeling they will be very successful once things get going. I asked if he had an idea of a timeframe. He said maybe 1 1/2 months maybe sooner."

-maybe when we could expect a pr from company which confirms future plans

-if they got a jv partner

this could be some questions i would ask IR if i could. only some proposals
