What I like about GDIV is that their inventory will be worth a lot more as for sale price goes as inflation increase.

As inflation increases, labor will be more and more expensive. Modular buildings will be a way to build.

Do you know if the CA fires impact GDIV in any way? Any schools burnt down?

What I still can't figure it out is why is it that the company is not coming out to defense or prop the stock price? It's traded at 1/3 of net book value (not include the lawsuit of $10 million plus it has going which could bring about .60 a share on top of that). Insiders are holding LOTS of shares. Restricted shares are over 2/3 of O/S. It's like they don't care about pps where it's going. Recent 2 financers finance with convertible at .10 a share with warrants at .20 and .40 a share. And lots of shares at that. So to dump those shares, PPS must be at least 4X of those price to start with. What type of plans do they have to generate volume on the stock and up the price? Whatever it is, I am wanting to see it badly.
