Not a patent attorney and I really don't know much about them. I think you should and can apply for both of them. You want your patents to be as broad as possible to cover as wide of a range in order to avoid competitors.
I really don't know the answer but will try to do some basic research in the morning.
I just hope the pics on the web are done deals and not hype. Like I said, if done deals, this will be the play of the century in my opinion.
Fundamentals, in my opinion, would dictate a fairly quick rise from micro penny to dollars (I'm sure with violent price swings in between from profittakers and traders).
I can tell you one thing, If there is a GM deal, and its to provide rims for CHevy on a widespread basis, I will hold almost every share for a LONGGGG time. I won't try to trade the swings, cuz I know what value we have.
All assuming the 900 mil O/S has not changed either.
Can anyone get absolute confirmation no dilution has occurred???
