What matters

So the question is......

"What matters?"

The Muslims might say the teachings of Mohammed, the Christians might say the teachings of Christ.......Rush Limbaugh might say the teachings of Rush Limbaugh....lol.

A more introspective person might say "thought" itself is what matters. After all, "thought" is common to all humans right?
What a person thinks pretty much defines the person or individual......yes? No? Some thoughts......probably the vast majority.....can differ from person to person......but the act of thought is the same. All humans think.......with the possible exception of severely brain damaged individuals.

What about "understanding". Is "understanding" different from thought?
