True. I agree, and we don't know do we!

"I" say they need capital to buy supplies, hire the help to run the bottle plant, hire key high energy individuals to do the marketing, the usual accountants (receivable/payable), the mail boy/girl and all associated with a major business. This is a lot of stuff to handle....hope they are drinking their vitamin water as we speak!

It would be very exciting to be a part of this implementation these individuals are going through!

And now they are structuring the chain of priority with the LOI. We are talking company, sub company....the paperwork must be phenomenal. And you don't start until it's a done deal.

Now on that aspect, it sounds like this has been in the works for some time with respect to the statement of getting out the product in short order. So someone has been sticking out their necks and I suspect all the personnel involved have based on this agreeable outcome....pending NUBV accruing the real facilitator of the product...the bottle company! When it's settled, and that's what they are negotiating for is who gets what when this goes off! That's the bottom line....period!

Just with the small business that I own and in my own little world I would estimate this is close to 2 to 3 million dollars laid out right now for start up and a few months of operating capital...and I am probably on the low (way low) side, if in my mind what I would be doing with this company getting it off the ground. Have no clue what equipment costs are....etc, without being personally involved.

All bad scentaments will disappear when the first bottle of water hits the shelf!

This is just my opinion, and I would very excited to work for this company in a hands on position.....but I have a job running my own company and it pays way better than they would ever pay me.........LOL!
