Points well taken. Very logical and perhaps reality.

Go one further......we can't figure out why the stock is not moving off .0001/.0002 (and I am sorry for who did a few 5mil at .000000), is because the company is accepting buys at .0001 generating capital to finance the start of this whole thing??? MM sees this at a sale (du) and it can't fall further and stays where it's at. Occasionally it sells at .0002 (ok good) but there are buys at .0001 which indicates to the Mm's (based on bid price and indicating a sale) not to move the ask price.....Theory on my part only!

Maybe another spin.........these parties in the suit possibly do not want the stock to skyrocket due to outcome of settlement price/costs/holdings/etc.?????.....as related to the suit???? Who know, and maybe it is all done at this point and we are the last to know????
