I am saying that this "500,000,000 Control Block in certificate form issued 5/8/08 under an escrow agreement" has now been added to the Free Trading shares ... whoever had this "escrow agreement" has now DUMPED their shares on us shareholders ie DILUTION. I really do not know if it was from the CEDE - restricted - unrestricted, who knows, who cares! Based on todays PR, we are now swimming with ANOTHER 500,000,000 shares in the kettle which just makes it harder for this pps to move up AND whoever was the holder of the "escrow agreement" is now a little richer off the backs of us little investors. Now tell me, does THAT seem right? No!
