Something else you guys might want to think about, their 5 DD days would have ended today at the time of the PR.. If that was the case im sure their not going to try and rush a PR out EOD. BIHC isnt going to rush the PR so they can pick up even more shares due to people getting scared... NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS FYI...

I see the PR coming out Monday. Plenty of time for BIHC and the Buyer to get everything finalized.
