Well, TPK didn't show for the hearing on the summary judgement in his SEC case this week. Nobody was there to represent him, either.

The court has granted summary judgement against him personally, and the default judgement against Penny King Holdings. The judge wants a proposed form of final judgement against Acs and PKH from the prosecution - third tier penalties of $600,000; injunctions against both; Acs to disgorge $40k; and a penny-stock bar.

I wonder where he is? Budapest? Out back of The Las Vegas Lounge? Bottom of Hoover Dam?
