It depends on what a U.S. audit would value Cancen at? I have heard that the rough value of the company is 50+ million. That may be why you're getting a .15 price per share formula. Assuming it is fully diluted to 100 million shares...divided by 50 million...would give .15 a share. There are only 50 million shares in the float however. When the 8k comes out and everyone sees that this is more than an LOI pr...and then once we get any word on oil at all...this thing should blow up.
