I did not come up with the theory on global warming. But, the likes of James Lovelock, Robert McKinnon, Lester Brown, and Mathew Simmons have been screaming about it for years now. I just think they should have been listened to.

Wiping out entire civilizations, not to mention most of Manhattan, just so we can drive our cars doesnn't seem quite fair. America was great before the automobile. We just forgot that fact. But, when all of those cars turn into two ton paperweights overnight, we'll have a real good chance to remember. I just hope that there's enough capital left to put the train, subway and light rail systems back that the oil/auto conglomerates ripped apart.

I didn't ruin this country by pointing out the obvious. Sacrificing amerrican values and heroes to line the pockets of a few wall steett high-brows did it.
