Of course, the 800-pound gorilla in the room is the following question:

Why, if copper prices are increasing and demand for copper is increasing, and CPRK has secured long term financing, uncovered incredibly rich veins of copper and other precious metals, and their mill is nearing completion, is the share price going down?

Well, the simple answer is that someone is selling. But who and why?

And those slightly after hours trades cannot just be MM's balancing the books or posting late trades. I mean, sometimes they equal around 1/3 of the daily volume and they're at or near the low of the day. Something is fishy there.
