I think we are all here cause we'd like to make some money. Ultimately, the business needs to go public with a new symbol and a real business needs to move forward and make some money. That in its self is challenging (I know as I own one). D Readshaw and his investors bought out Frank and his brother as they felt that a reverse merger was a cheaper way to go public, raise money and ultimately make money by having their shares increase in value. I think they have invested enough monies as they own land already. I am not sure why they would want to put it in a public corp. On past development projects, we raise money, buy land, build, and sell of components and sometimes keep some property that generate good cash flow.

Personally, I have look at a shell as an exit strategy for myself. In my industry, companies are sold at 5-6 times adjusted EBITDA. Going public can yield returns of 15-25 EBITDA. I already talked to D and expressed my interest as RGDE has a low amount of shares outstanding. Those who are skeptical should sell their shares instead of criticizing the company. They have a lot to get done.
