An SC-13d is an SEC filing for the statement of beneficial ownership of shares. Essentially, any person owning 5% or more of the oustanding shares of a company are required to report this.

As far as filing it goes, I am not sure if it has to be done by an attorney or not. Might be worth looking into.

My point overall is that SEWC has such a low o/s and price, that a person could have 5% of the o/s with a mere $1700 investment at todays closing price. Seems improbable at best. That's why I keep buying it, it simply has to go up from here.
