with all the pressure mounted to a seemingly sinking vessel and in contrast it is my opinion that it is holding its own over the past couple weeks. no rumor just opinion. Your point is well taken. These things you speak of have not been announced other than "may be" used etc... So that leaves room to speculate in either direction, it does not provide a finding at this time. Guess we will have to see what the company actually does and reports the result.
Then we can discuss how it all turned out.
