I'd rather be living with humidity than freezing here in San Francisco.

Not having summer sucks. I love everything else about SF, well maybe I don't love the anti-landlord attitudes and the rent control laws.

What's your take on BLDV, Howard? I could have made 100% on my intial investment, chose not to sell, and now I'm in the red this week.

Why is it I can't pull the trigger and take profits? I must be reading this board and dreaming big NASDAQ dreams.
