Techalt, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TCLT) ("Techalt" or "Company") announced that HNP Pharmaceuticals (“HNP”), has agreed to exclusively compound Stan’s Rodeo Ointment (“SRO”). HNP is a pharmaceutical compounding laboratory that compounds medications dispensed by prescription. Sportpharm, a subsidiary of HNP Pharmaceuticals, fulfills the needs of athletes and sports organizations to include professional teams, collegiate and Olympic training centers nationwide.
Techalt is currently in the process of securing financing for expanding SRO’s distribution channels, which includes securing significant contracts obtaining over the counter approval from the Food and Drug Administration.
