USBB is control the price action, right now. The MMs are filling up. The bet, the EOD price is up .10 from the current 3.17.

Tuesday will be a small rally, if that happens. (and if oil doesn't kill the markets, tomorrow.)

I think, ETFC is great bottom play, right now.
