Tex, obviously there seems to be a lot of problems in Nigeria. There have been a lot of emails coming from someone that claims to be an employee in Nigeria that some believe (including me) and some don't. What we are seeing though is that many of the statements that have come from these employees can be confirmed or verified. For instance, in one of the first emails, they claimed that the equipment from APT and Jersey Ave was still sitting in customs, a fact not known to all the Xechem board members (Dr. Pandey), but has been confirmed to Dr. Pandey by other board members. Now, this article comes out and there are a number of things in it that have been written about in these emails.

You say that Dr. Pandey helped get Xechem into these problems, what I'd like to know is this:

1). Right now, today, who's responsible for what happens in Nigeria?

2). Who's responsible for fixing any problems Xechem has in Nigeria?

3). How is it that Steve Burg, a board member, can basically have his head in the sand about what's going on in Nigeria (based on something I was told last week)?

4). Who's responsible for taking care of the investors? The stock price went from $0.02 when Dr. Swift took over and it sits at $0.003 today. Is he planning on taking any responsibility for anything any time soon?

How much longer is everyone going to just let this stuff happen without something being done? Dr. Swift has been in Nigeria for nearly a month and from what I'm being told, nothing is being done or changed. Allegations are just that, allegations, but if I'm sitting in Nigeria right now, I'm trying to get to the bottom of what's going on. What amazes me is that Dr. Pandey was run out of the company within two months of Swift being named to the board, yet there hasn't been one thing said about Ireti and he's still running the Nigerian operation. If Dr. Swift was so concerned about Xechem's money, you'd think there would be all kinds of things out there, including the Board Members knowing exactly what was going on (or what Dr. Swift thought). I guess running Ireti out doesn't fit in Dr. Swift's plans.

Of course, all this is just my opinion, but I'd like to know why Steve Burg hasn't been running around saying he feels cheated about any money that's been miss spent in Nigeria for things like cars and club houses (or so they say, it's all allegations at this point and until there's definitive proof, it's not true), but when someone told him Dr. Pandey spent a million in India he turned against him.

Doesn't sound right to me folks, it just doesn't sound right. Let's be consistent with the way we operate, if stealing and spending money wrong gets someone fired, it should get everyone fired that does it, not just the guy that you want out of the company...

Right now, I want Dr. Swift and Steve Burg's resignations, I'm hoping the rest of you see it the same way...
