99% probability! Considering the proximity of the dates.
Getting on OTC doesn't seem too significant to me. All I am focused on is the enormous potential for this breakthrough. Working alongside Chevron, DOD, Tech Fuels, NETL, NASA, and Canadian Govt. at Drexel is a definite hint. All these big investors only care about money though. I'll be loading up at any price. Biodiesel is overtaking petroleum and should replace it entirely.
