I think I remember reading about this tech some time ago.
Researchers Use Ultrasonic Processing for Fast Biodiesel Production Sounds a lot like a magnetic-impulse cavitation reactor which I've also read about.
Methanol will be needed and W2 Energy can make that.
Jatropha Comes from a plant that can grow on marginal land not suited for agriculture.
The Magnetic Ultrasonic Cavitation technology produces heat, dramatically speeds up the chemical process and reduces the amount of catalysts needed.
Biodiesel Ultrasonic-reactor method
We'll have to see if this is indeed the process they are pushing forward and the Timeline to implementation.
