The big one pending is $10 million and shares held in escrow till audited fins are done.........

# of Shares not given Fact,,,,,,,,,,,,,


$2 Million deal is done and issue 225 Million shares + warrants for 225 Million more.....This alone is A/S 500 million !

This is Massive Dilution,,,,,
