In that case, you have the explanation you were looking for re the dual tickers: TKPHF is the old full-share ADR that is obsolete (and not traded, as jbog said), while TKPHY is the new half-share ADR issued by both JPMorgan and Citibank. (Takeda presumably wanted to have two ADR custodians for the new ADR issue in case one of them failed to perform.)
