Takeda appears to have two ADRs: one administered by JPMorgan and one administered by Citibank. This may be the reason for the two ticker symbols; in any case, when trading on the pink sheets (where most transactions are still done by a phone order placed through a rep), you need to specify precisely which security you are buying or selling. The best way to assure that you’re getting the one you want is by specifying the CUSIP#.
