Q) Will there be an official announcement(P.R.) that ELITE is contracted to
do IR jobs?
JH) Probably not

Q) When can we expect the first action or reactions of ELITE's involvement?
JH) They have begun sending info to brokers and will be on the phone to
them to answer questions this week. Their effect should be felt yet this
month.

Q) How is the movie doing?
JH) The filming is done, the financing is completed and the final edits are
being accomplished. It should be ready for release in June.

Q) How long does it take before the final results of Hytek are presented to
NVC
JH) That is in the hands of the Hytek auditors. We just have to sit back
and relax.

Q) During the last shareholders there is mentioned something about two
milestones, were these two milestones the new addition to the board or
have the milestones still to come and are the technical or not?
JH) It was suggested at the last meeting that there would be two
announcements that related to the technology. The addition of Dr. Chen and
Tom Cooper would certainly qualify as one of those.

Q) When can we expect the new letter to shareholders
JH) A letter from the president went out today.
