The I box was wrong it is about 300 million.Tom's shares are exchanged into common at a premium.I also am now an owner of EDEX shares again,couldn't resist the sub penny price,and even a blind squirril finds an acorn sooner or latter,so go edex go,good luck to us all,hope I bought back in at the ultimate low.
