For the record I support this company and believe in it and here in the near future even more exciting news will be put out IMO. NUBV is a good investment IMO

I know you love FACTS so lets look at a few FACTS!!!

Are you a stockholder????? or just a frustrated former stockholder for being wrong about where this company is heading and even more frustrated for previous predictions being wrong as illustrated below. Lets start back to lets say:

28 APR 08 you try to drop a bombshell on investors implying that you had some DD on our website in comparison to TCHL’s web site:

Then if everyone looks at your history of post you go a rampage of TCHL’s support posts on all kinds of boards that will allow you to pump TCHL. You really thought that steve was leaving NUBV and taking the water with him to TCHL. Just start with 28 APR 08 and everyone will see what I’m talking about.

Then 29 APR 08 you make this prediction: FACT You posted!

Nothing is official until it is PR'd but yes I understand he is leaving NUBV. If there isn't a settlement yet there will be very soon IMO.

IMO you already know what is happening, you just refuse to except it. Steve is leaving NUBV because (thanks to Ron) it is a highly toxic and hostile company. Steve will sell water under the friendly umbrella of TCHL. Ron gets to keep the shell and do what he does best.

I'm sorry but a reverse split is inevitable. I don't know when but I know it's coming. If Ron retains ownership of this shell it is common knowledge what he will do. The only question is if Steve can somehow take back control what will he do? Do you really believe he would keep the current bloated share structure when he has stated that he wants the A/S to be no more than 400 million? Now of course I don't have links or proof to somehow back this up. All I have is Steve's word. You are welcome to mark this post if you like, because in time a reverse split will come to pass and I will be back to say I told you so.

All those reverse splits were under Ron Touchard. Luke Zouvas the CEO of NUBV is Ron's lawyer so in essence Ron T. is in charge of NUBV.
