It's one thing to create a company like Tara Gold or Tara Minerals, based on a good business model. Rich has done that.

But, Rich can't meet paperwork requirements, he can't meet the schedules he has published, now he has a bunch of people working for him at Don Ramon ? And a payroll ?

Folks, Tara is Rich's hobby. He can't run a business IMHO.
