The daily CMF has been green but sawtooth during that time. To me, that suggests accumulation AND distribution, and a lot of people who are holding, probably because they're stuck.

BTW, I thought the plan with the RS was to hit the ground running 24/7 amidst a new spirit of shareholder-friendly openness. What's up with that?
