Is that what you think liberalism is about?? How naive you are...how about asking for floor time at the Dems convention in Denver to talk about the words and teachings of Jesus? Do you think they would let anyone speak about Jesus? What a hoot.

Will there be a prayer at the Dem convention? Will they invoke the name of Jesus in that prayer? Will they recite the Pledge of Allegiance?........how many will repeat the words in the pledge "under God"? How many liberals will honor it if they do mouth it?? What a hoot the liberals are..you know exactly how Jesus will be regarded at any liberal gathering.

You are a hypocrite to use the words of Jesus to infer that liberalism is consistent with His teachings. I don't think Jesus is either a Dem or Rep..but I do know that many Republicans give freely of their means to the poor..they do it through many charitable organizations..Republicans are higher in church membership, and church attendance as shown by several polls. None are perfect, but most Republicans at least try to be better in keeping all of the commandments of God. The Dems do not even try (most of them), and in fact flaunt many of the more serious sins..and many deny his existence or power...........I suspect that includes you.
