lies and slander?

Where is this ?

What are the lies ? The one fact I see is they "PRs" change direction all the time and are lies in themselves.

Where is the buy back?
They said they are not diluting stock and this is a blatant lie by the Co. itself is it not? 500 million shares is dilution !
And they could get $$$$ without printing shares and it's a fact is it not?
