Unless the pr is supposed to mean that just management is selling their shares and then giving the remaining shareholders a dividend. But that doesn't really make sense either since one of the pr's says "the Company received an unsolicited offer to acquire ALL of its remaining outstanding shares by a private investor". When they say "remaining outstanding shares" I took that to mean all the shares left outstanding after the company share buyback. Anyway, it doesn't really matter, there will never be a buyout.
