It's possible. The only argument against it is that Intel has regarded Banias and Dothan as a notebook processor. And if 64 bit capability doesn't make sense on the desktop, it sure doesn't make sense in a notebook. And given the lengths to which Intel went to cut power consumption on Banias, it would have taken a major change in philosophy to put 64 bit capability into Dothan.
