Jim: I agree with you. Basically, you have a guy who has developed a product that can be used in a variety of applications. Fortunately, some opportunities presented themselves with which he needed to act upon quickly. In order to finance these opportunities, he could either increase the shares or try for financing. There are pro's/con's going either way. I have owned over 8 businesses requiring $200,000 for each start up. The early businessess were difficult to finance. The later businesses were collaterized with my older businesses. Hopefully, once the revenue streams formalize, then, if new financing is required for new opportunities, he can use that cash flow or use it as collateral. Welcome to the business world. I understand the pain some are in because I'm one of you (Ave .025) I'm taking new money and am investing at these joke levels. If you still don't believe the story....then move on and find another stock. GLTA, T
