More Dilution?
Looking at the volume today, I can't help but feel that Beebe is diluting this stock again -- particularly since a reverse split eliminates the number of shareholders that could possess that amount of shares to sell. Is it legal to reverse split, dilute, reverse split, dilute, etc. indefinitely -- as if the stock is a bottomless ATM machine? Do the market makers accept this?
I favored the reverse split -- so long as there wasn't any dilution. Now that there appears to be dilution, I really question Beebe's motives.
When will the city of Opp step-in and take-over the plant and give PRGL shareholders a remaining/constant/stable position in that plant? Does the state of Alabama have a Corporation Commission and/or AG's office?
