Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a stock purchase agreement with iCurie Lab Holdings, Ltd., a U.K. company. iCurie Lab Holdings, Inc. through its subsidiary iCurie Lab, Inc. located in Seoul Korea, operates a research laboratory which has developed a technology which may become the new standard in cooling for the micro-chip industry.

The agreement between Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. will provide $3,000,000 (U.S.) in traunches to iCurie in exchange for a 45% stake in the company and seats on the board of directors. HGCI has advanced initial funds, but the agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary governmental approvals. Jeppe L. Hansen, formerly an investment banker with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch and newly appointed Hansen Gray Chairman stated, "We could not be more pleased to have completed the iCurie agreement.

The patented iCurie technology provides the basis for a quantum leap forward in one of the greatest barriers to ever-increasing computer processing speeds -- heat. The iCurie solution is unique in that its micro-thin membrane acts as a complete nanotechnology refrigeration system that eliminates heat up to 1000% more efficiently than current methods. In some instances, the iCurie technology could eliminate noisy fans in some PCs and laptops altogether.
